this problem is sometimes referred to as reaching a state of “digital liquidity”.

2 Products, Services and Use Cases

2.1 Requirements

Products and services in the digital financial ecosystem are delivered to users to satisfy their needs in the use
cases described above. All of these systems have to meet the requirements of users. Across the spectrum of
consumers, businesses, governments, and other entities that use the digital financial ecosystem, the following
high-level user requirements are noted .
