Finally, with the guidance of Joe Duggan, co-chairman of Crystal Palace Transition Town, which is a
grassroots network with a track record of building local sustainable projects, the Crystal Palace Library
of Things team crowdfunded GBP 9 375 from 291 people and organizations to get started in the
community library, Upper Norwood Library Hub.
