How to navigate the #Partner2Connect reports dashboard

Explore an aggregated overview of the progress reported to date by pledgers of the P2C Digital Coalition. This interactive dashboard allows you to look at aggregated information across progress reports submitted by P2C Pledgers. It also allows you to gain insights into specific criteria such as the sector of the entity submitting the progress report, or the type of pledge made.

This guide provides information to support the use of the Progress Report Dashboard.

Dashboard Overview  – Explore Reports

1. Blue Summary Box

Each page of the dashboard has a blue box on the upper left corner. The blue box indicates:

  • Total Pledges: This is the total number of the pledges submitted to the P2C Digital Coalition
  • Pledges Reported: Indicates the total number of pledges that have been reported on
  • Response Rate: Shows percentage of P2C pledges which have had a progress report submitted
  • Total Entities: This is the total number of entities who have submitted at least one P2C pledge
  • Entities Reporting: Indicates the total number of entities which submitted a progress report
  • Response Rate: Shows the percentage of entities with P2C pledges who have submitted progress report

Entities can submit as many pledges as they wish, hence why there may be more pledges than entities.

2. Filters
The upper section of the dashboard includes a set of filters. These filters allow you to see the available data according to certain criteria. They are available for sector of entity pledging, type of pledge, target group, focus area pillar, and whether the pledge was made by a single entity or joint amongst multiple organisations.

Based on the filters applied, the dashboard will automatically update and show information on the reported pledges according to your criteria across the entire Dashboard.

3. Clear all Button
Use the arrow (Clear Filters button) to clear all filters and go back to the dashboard view with all pledges.

4. Navigation
Visitors to the Progress Report Dashboard can navigate across 4 different page views which display different information on the reported pledges: Implementation Status, Sectors, Share of Pledges by Category, and Alignment with P2C Targets.

Users can navigate between these pages by either using the arrows on the bottom of the page or clicking on the different titles at the boxes in the bottom of the page
