Summary: Digital cultural resources (DCRs) and digital cultural products (DCPs) are represented in the form of cultural data. Cultural data has multiple participants in multiple links such as collection and processing, transaction and distribution, transmission and storage, and data governance, and they are all in a multi-party co-governance environment. How to solve the problem of cultural data sharing in such an environment has become a common concern of all participants in the field of cultural digitization. This draft Recommendation standardizes the framework, functional requirements, and interfaces of the cultural data sharing system (CDSS), to support building different types of sharing systems exclusive to the cultural institutions or public to society. CDSS realizes cultural data sharing based on data identification and addressing technology without centralized raw data distribution, and the cultural data identifier adopts the international standard link identifier (ISLI) defined in [ISO 17316]. It supports the transaction and agile transmission of cultural data as assets and achieves the goal of cultural data sharing in the scene.
