Amendment 5 to ITU-T K.70 consists of a new version (v.6.01) of the software EMF-estimator, which constitutes Appendix I of Recommendation ITU-T K.70 (2007).
The software has been developed in 2007 and since then it has been updated four times (in 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2014) following the requirements expressed during the ITU-T meetings and workshops.
During the meeting a new version v.6.01 of the EMF-estimator has been approved. In version v.6.01 two new features are added:
" the possibility to make calculation on the vertical grid
" the inclusion of the cylindrical model which allows for substantial reduction of the area excluded from calculations, however with the higher level of overestimation.
Below a proposal of the update of the Appendix I to ITU-T Recommendation K.70 with description of the new version v6.01 of the EMF-estimator software.
