Abstract :

This document contains a list of memoranda of understanding (MoU)/agreements signed by ITU since the last physical session of Council in 2019 having potential financial and/or strategic implications for the Union. Each MoU/agreement contained in the list is reproduced in annex to the present document.
This document was originally prepared as C20/45 for submission to the 2020 session of the Council but was not reviewed.
