Abstract :

Under No. 74 of the General Rules of Conferences, Assemblies and Meetings of the Union, the report of the Budget Control Committee, together with the observations of the Plenary Meeting shall, after consideration and approval by the Plenary Meeting, be transmitted to the Secretary-General for submission to the Council at its next ordinary session.
The report of the Budget Control Committee of the Radiocommunication Assembly (RA-23) is contained in Document RA23/PLEN/96. No observations on the report were made by the Plenary Meeting.
The report of the Budget Control Committee of the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-23) is contained in Document 460 (Rev. 1). No observations on the report were made by the Plenary Meeting.
