The main purpose of this revised Resolution 1338 is to continue the efforts to preserve and replenish the Information and Communication Technologies Development Fund (I?T-DF).
Viable and bankable projects financed in whole or in part by the ICT-DF should continue to be developed in order to increase the capacity to mobilize the necessary additional resources needed for regional initiatives.
