Abstract :

This document reports on the memoranda of understanding/agreements (hereinafter "MoU") having substantial financial and/or strategic implications for the Union for the year 2022. It also includes a list of MoUs that the Secretary-General considered appropriate to bring to the attention of the Council for information. This report also introduces a new dashboard containing information on the implementation of the MoUs already brought to the Council's attention during the period 2008-2021.
