Abstract :

The purpose of this document is to request the Council to authorize the use of savings from the 2023 budget implementation to finance certain activities that are not covered by the Union's regular budget. The document also addresses the use of the balance of the Exhibition Working Capital Fund (EWCF) for the implementation of development projects.
