The Usage of Electronic Information Technology in Automobile and Transportation Makes the Society to be More Harmonious, Green and Efficient

With advanced IoV technologies basing on data collection, information sharing and connected network, we can allocate vehicles, goods and lots of traffic resources to improve the traffic efficiency, to ensure the driving safety, to reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions.

Chinese government is vigorously promoting IoV Technologies to be used and established some Demonstration Areas of Intelligent Vehicle and Intelligent Transportation Basing on Broadband Mobile Internet, which was to test the advanced ITS systems and IoV technologies. TIAA has supported MIIT and local government to establish the Demonstration Areas in Chongqing, Changchun. TIAA is organizing relative companies to promote the demonstration usage of lots of advanced reliable active/passive safety solutions in commercial vehicles with the support of the government. Demonstrations of Satellite+Mobile Internet basing on the Next Generation Broadcasting Network – Wireless are developing in many cities in China with the support of TIAA and member companies.

The workshop will presentate the latest progress of above projects. QM Information Tech. Co. Ltd, TIAA Chairman company, is undertaking the establishment of Changchun Demonstration Area of Intelligent Vehicle and Intelligent Transportation Basing on Broadband Mobile Internet. Global Vision Media Technology is the leader company of TIAA Vehicular Satellite+Mobile Multi-media Group. The details of IoV projects organized by TIAA, cooperations with countries and regions along the Silk Belt and Road and related IoV status and plans in China will be introduced.

As TIAA Chairman company, QM who controlled by FAW, is undertaking the establishment of Changchun Demonstration Area of Intelligent Vehicle and Intelligent Transportation Basing on Broadband Mobile Internet.

2. Mr. LI JUN, Director, Global Vision Media Technologies Co.,Ltd,  China

As TIAA Deputy Chairman company and Leading Company of TIAA Vehicular Satellite+Mobile Multi-media WG, Global Vision is undertaking the demonstrations of Satellite+Mobile Internet basing on the Next Generation Broadcasting Network – Wireless  in many cities in China

3. Mr. LYU CHENWU, Project Manager, TIAA, China

TIAA is undertaking lots of projects related IoV industry. Such as Research and  on the Sprectrum of Advanced ITS Technology (LTE-V2X and Millimeter-wave Radar), Pilot Implementation of Advanced Reliable Active/Passive Safety Solutions in Commercial Vehicles and so on.
