高级别会议
WSIS论坛将成为讨论ICT作为落实可持续发展目标和指标的一种手段所发挥作用的重要论坛，同时适当考虑到2030年可持续发展议程落实情况的全球跟进和审查机制。
在2019年WSIS论坛上，高级别会议的高级别政策会议将于4月9日和10日举办。政策会议将由每一类利益攸关方（即，私营部门、民间团体、技术/学术界和国际组织）提名和确定的高级别会议推进者（HLTF）主持。高级别会议推进者的主要任务是根据出席会议的领导人的看法，明确愿景，确定新兴趋势、机遇和共同面临的挑战。
高级别会议的闭幕会议将于4月10日召开。在闭幕会议上，2019年WSIS论坛主席将介绍会议情况简介，为所有高级别会议推进者提供一个平台，介绍各自政策会议的成果。会上将发布题为“2019年WSIS论坛：政策性演讲与情况摘要”的出版物，相关成果将概括在内。
