WSIS Forum 2022 Highlights and Key Outcomes

Since the launch of the WSIS Forum 2022 in March, the Forum has garnered a lot of interest and discussion on information and communication technologies (ICTs) for sustainable development. This session will provide an opportunity for the workshop organisers to present the key highlights and outcomes of their workshops held at the WSIS Forum 2022.
Raymond Saner is Titular professor at Basle University (Economics Department) has taught at Sciences Po, Paris (Public Policy) and at Lüneburg University (Environmental Negotiations). His research projects focus on trade, international relations, organization and management and socio-economic development (cooperatives).
He is a reviewer of management journals and author of books and journal articles and serves as officer in professional organizations such as the Academy of Management (Board member of OD division (2002-2004), Chair of Advisory Council of AoM to Board of Governors (2000-2002) and is member of the International Association of Applied Psychology (representative to the UN in Geneva).
Raymond Saner is co-founder of CSEND, a Geneva based NGRDO (non- governmental research and development organization, 1993-present) accredited by ECOSOC and expert working for international organizations such as WTO, the WB, UNDP, EBRD, ILO, UNICEF, BIS, government agencies from Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Spain, China, Brazil, the Netherlands and the EU Commission (DG Trade).
He participates in UNTFSSE (UN Task Force on Solidarity and Social Economy) was member of the bureau of UNECE’s PPP unit (2017-2021) and works for UNDESA on projects relating to the 2030 Agenda and the 17 SDGs (http://www.csend.org/publications/agenda-2030), is an expert in negotiation and conflict resolutions and a past delegate of the ICRC.
He teaches and consults in English, French, and German, lives in Geneva and Hong Kong and is frequently in China, USA and Latin America (Brazil and Bolivia) and Paris, France.
