Abstract :

Council 2019 approved a four (4)-year People Strategy and Human Resources Strategic Plan (HRSP) 2020-2023 aligned with the ITU strategic and financial plans, to respond to the needs of the Union, its membership, and its staff.
This document reports on the implementation of the HRSP for the period 2019-2021.
