Abstract :	This contribution responds to Document C23/19 from the General-Secretary on, "Study on the Appropriateness of Council Decision 482 to Recover Costs Associated with the Processing of Satellite Network Filings." Canada and the United States of America support the establishment of a Council expert group on Decision 482 and adoption of Terms of Reference derived from the report on the extent of cost recovery associated with satellite network filings.
