Abstract :	Under No. 101 of the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union and Article 30 of the Financial Regulations of the Union, the Secretary-General requests to submit a financial operating report each year to the Council. The Financial Operating Report for the financial year 2022 covers the audited accounts for the financial year 2022 of the budget of the Union.
