Abstract :

The eighth World Telecommunication Development Conference 2022 (WTDC-22), held in Kigali, Rwanda, from 6 to 16 June 2022, adopted the Kigali Action Plan. The Kigali Action Plan establishes priorities to enable the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) and its Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) to foster meaningful universal connectivity and sustainable digital transformation around the world in the period 2022-2025.
