09:00 - 10:30	Session 7: Legal Aspects of Internet Governance: Privacy as an Example This session will provide an overview of the different types of legal instruments and their role in Internet governance (e.g. international agreements, national laws, private contracts - terms of service). It will focus on legal issues concerning online privacy and data protection from a legal standpoint (e.g. how laws and contracts deal with aspects such as consent and data collection) and also from a practical perspective, covering some privacy enhancing technologies.
